Why Was I Charged $1?
We require a valid credit or debit card to be on file in order to negotiate your bill. During the sign up, we will temporarily hold $1 to verify the payment method. Once verified, the hold will be released.
After a successful negotiation, you will receive a confirmation email with the exact fee details for your savings. If we are unable to lower your bill, the $1 hold will be released and you will not be charged further.
