If your plan was upgraded during a negotiation

Rocket Money may upgrade your plan or add services if it leads to greater savings on your monthly bill. All upgrades are made with your provider's approval. If our expert negotiators secured upgrades for your account, you'll find those details in A note from your negotiator within the negotiation success notification. This notification is sent to you as an email from hello@insights.rocketmoney.com immediately after your negotiation is completed.

If your plan was downgraded or services were lost

If you notice missing features or a downgraded plan after a Bill Negotiation, contact our expert negotiators at negotiations@rocketmoney.com right away. Include details about the affected services. Our team will work directly with your provider to restore your services and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
