We understand if you're finding our emails a bit too much! Here's a quick guide on how you can manage your email alerts and notifications from your Rocket Money account:
Updating your Notification Preferences from our Mobile App
Tap on the Settings (⚙️) icon, found in the top left corner of the screen.
From the Settings menu, select Notifications & Alerts.
Scroll down to the Preferences section and update your email or push notifications for each of the following sub-sections:
Alerts
Notices
Reports
Tips & Promotions
Your changes will be saved automatically
Updating your Notification Preferences from our Website
Click on the Settings (⚙️) icon, along the left hand sidebar
From the Settings menu, click on Notifications
Tap on the toggle next to any notifications or alerts that you don’t want to receive
Your changes will be saved automatically
You also have the option to adjust your email preferences directly through our emails. Just click on the Update your email preferences link, which can be found at the bottom of our emails.
