Your Rocket Money email address is your primary login and contact point. If you change providers, lose access to an old account, or simply want to use a new email, you can update it directly through the mobile app or the website. Keeping your email current ensures you receive account notifications, billing updates, and important alerts without interruption.
To update your email address in the mobile app:
Open the Rocket Money app
Tap Settings (⚙️) in the upper left corner
Select Profile
Tap the Email Address section and enter your new email address
Tap Save
Check your new email for a verification link from no-reply@rocketaccount.com
To update your email address on the website:
Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) along the left-hand sidebar
Select Profile from the menu
Click Change Email
Enter the new email in both boxes on the screen. Pro tip: The screen may reference "Username" — in Rocket Money, your email is your username.
Check your new email for a verification link from no-reply@rocketaccount.com
Once you receive the email and verify the change, you should be able to log into your account with the new email address.
