My Bill Went Up

In some cases, you might notice your bill amount increase temporarily after our negotiation. This may occur due to two main reasons:

  • If an existing promotion you have expires and your bill increases before the new rate we negotiated for you has taken effect.

  • If a part of a previous bill is added on to a new billing period.

If you have further concerns, please send us a PDF copy or screenshot of your latest statement to Negotiations@rocketmoney.com, including all itemized charges. We'll be happy to follow up with your provider.
