Tap  <code>Manage/History</code> at the bottom 

Toggle the switch next to the service name to "off"

3. Toggle the switch next to the service name to "off"
   
    

As long as the toggle is switched to "off", there will be no negotiation attempts for that service. 

I Am Having Trouble Canceling My Negotiation

If you're having trouble canceling a negotiation request, it's probably because the negotiation has already been completed.
