Need to cancel a Bill Negotiation in progress? Whether you're planning a move, switching service providers, or canceling your plan altogether, you can easily stop a negotiation request before it's completed. You can also turn off automatic renegotiations to prevent future negotiation attempts for services.
How to cancel a Negotiation request in the mobile app:
Go the Ways to Save section of the app.
2. Tap Manage/History at the bottom
3. Finally, toggle the switch next to the service name you would like to cancel the submitted Bill Negotiation for to Off
As long as the toggle is switched to off, there will be no further Bill Negotiation attempts for that service.
I am having trouble canceling my Negotiation
If you're having trouble canceling a Bill Negotiation request, it's probably because the negotiation has already been completed. You should have received an email from hello@insights.rocketmoney.com immediately after your bill negotiation was successfully completed with a subject line starting with: Negotiation Success.
