Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Submit a bill

Locate the “Ways to Save" card on the Rocket Money dashboard and click on “Lower Bills”.

Step 2: Choose Your Bill

Choose your service provider from the list or select “Can’t Find Your Service” at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Connect your Bill

Connect your provider account by entering your credentials or uploading a photo of your billing statement.

Step 4: Enter Your Details

Follow the prompts to enter your account details and negotiation preferences.

Step 5: Confirm Payment Method

We charge your choice of a percentage of the first year savings as a success fee - you can choose any amount from 35% to 60%. You can pay with any major credit or debit card. If we don't save you anything, you aren't charged!
