There could be several reasons why you may want to delete your Rocket Money account. You might have found a better alternative for managing your finances, you might not be satisfied with the service, or you simply might not need it anymore. Whatever your reason, we respect your decision and provide a simple process for deleting your account.
Before you can delete your account, you’ll need to ensure that you cancel your Premium Membership, cancel any active Bill Negotiations, and close your Smart Savings account.
Once those three things are resolved, you can follow these directions from our mobile app or website to delete your account:
Deleting your Rocket Money Account from our Mobile App:
Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon in the upper left corner of your Dashboard
Select Profile from the side menu
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Tap Delete my account
Deleting your Rocket Money Account from our Website:
Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon along the left hand sidebar
Select Profile from the side menu
Scroll down to the bottom of the window
Tap Delete my Rocket Money account
