However, certain milestones or changes in your mortgage servicing may affect this benefit. Below are the most common scenarios.

Mortgage servicing rights transferred
Your Rocket Money Premium membership is linked directly to your Rocket Mortgage loan. If your mortgage is transferred or sold to another lender, or you refinance with a different lender, your complimentary Premium membership will end.
Your loan term, interest rate, and payment will remain unchanged when servicing is transferred. If you'd like to maintain access to Premium features, you can continue your membership by enrolling in a paid plan.

Selling the property associated with your Rocket Mortgage
When you sell property associated with your Rocket Mortgage, the loan is paid off at closing. Once the mortgage is fully paid, your free Premium membership with Rocket Money will also end.
If you finance a new mortgage through Rocket Mortgage in the future, you will once again qualify for complimentary Rocket Money Premium membership.
Fully repaying your Rocket Mortgage
Paying off your mortgage is an incredible milestone. However, once your loan is fully repaid, your Rocket Money Premium membership will end, since this benefit is only available while Rocket services your mortgage.
