Mortgage Servicing Rights Transferred
Your Rocket Money Premium Membership is linked to your mortgage that is serviced by Rocket Mortgage as an included benefit. That said, if your mortgage is transferred or sold from Rocket Mortgage to another lender, or you opt to refinance with a different lender, you will lose your complimentary Rocket Money Premium Membership. Your loan term, interest rate and payment associated with your mortgage will not change. We understand some of the decision to transfer your mortgage may be out of your control, and welcome you to continue using all your Rocket Money features by signing up for a paid Premium Membership.

Selling the Property Associated with Your Rocket Mortgage
Deciding to sell you property is a huge undertaking! When you close on the sale of your property, it means that the mortgage has effectively been paid off. Thus, your complimentary Rocket Money Premium Membership will be discontinued, since this benefit is included when your mortgage is serviced through Rocket. If you choose to finance a new mortgage through Rocket in the future, you’ll be able to access our Premium Membership for free at that point!

A standing ovation for fully repaying your mortgage! This is a huge achievement to celebrate, regardless of the size or term of your mortgage. However, upon full repayment of your Rocket Mortgage, your free access to our Premium Membership ends.
