If you've signed up for a Rocket Money Premium Membership but are not able to access the Premium features on your account, there are two common explanations:

  1. Your Premium Membership has Expired

  2. You have a second (or third) Rocket Money account under a different email

Your Premium Membership has Expired

If you recently cancelled your Premium Membership, your Premium features likely ended with your last billing cycle. Don't worry - you can easily sign up again! Just follow these steps based on how you were previously billed:

My Premium Membership was Billed through the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store

If you were being billed through a third-party, like Apple or Google, you’ll need to follow these steps in the mobile app:

  1. Tap on the Settings (⚙️) icon in the upper left corner of your Dashboard

  2. Select Premium Membership from the menu that populates

  3. Select Restore Premium

My Premium was Billed through the Rocket Money App

If you were billed directly through our app, you’ll need to reactivate your Premium Membership by following these steps:

  1. Tap on the Settings (⚙️) icon in the upper left corner of the Dashboard in your mobile app

  2. Select Premium Membership from the menu

  3. Scroll to the bottom of that page and tap on Choose Your Own Price

  4. You'll then walk through some confirmation screens, but Premium should then be applied to your account!

Possible Existence of Another Rocket Money Account

If you're being charged for Premium but can't access Premium features, you possibly could have a second Rocket Money account connected to your bank account. This can happen in cases where you use multiple email addresses or share bank access with others.

If you share bank access with family members or authorized users, check with them to see if they created their own Rocket Money account. Additionally, if you use multiple email addresses, you may have created another account using that email address without realizing it.

To verify which email is linked to your Premium account, look at the email notifications you receive from hello@insights.rocketmoney.com. This will help you identify the account that's being billed for your Premium membership.
