If your Rocket Money Premium features aren't showing up, there are a couple of common reasons. This guide will help you troubleshoot and restore access to Premium membership.
Why your Rocket Money Premium features might be missing
If you've signed up for Premium membership but can't access your features, it usually comes down to one of two explanations:
Your Premium membership has expired
You have another Rocket Money account under a different email
Your Premium membership has expired
If your Premium Membership ended, your benefits likely expired with your last billing cycle. You can reactivate your plan depending on how you signed up.
If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Open the Settings (⚙️)icon in the upper left corner of your Dashboard
Select Premium Membership
Tap Restore Premium
If you subscribed directly through the Rocket Money app
Open the Settings (⚙️) icon in the upper left corner of your Dashboard
Select Premium Membership
Scroll down and tap Choose Your Own Price
Confirm reactivation — Premium membership features should return to your account shortly
Possible existence of another Rocket Money account
If you're being billed for a Premium membership, but don't see the features, you may have another Rocket Money account tied to a different email address. This often happens if you use multiple emails or share bank access with others, such as a partner.
To confirm which email is linked to Premium Membership, check all of your inboxes for confirmation emails sent by hello@insights.rocketmoney.com. The email address that has been receiving these notifications is the one connected to your Premium membership plan. If you're logged into the wrong account, sign out and log back in with the correct email.
