Steps
Contact our support team. They will guide you through the ID verification process using our secure partner, Stripe. This verification process is crucial to maintain the security of your account and prevent unauthorized access.
After your ID has been verified, our support team will reset your MFA preferences. This will prompt you to go through the MFA Enrollment phase again, where you will be able to register your new phone number.
