I cancelled a subscription with Rocket Money but was still charged. What should I do?

If you were charged after using Rocket Money to cancel a subscription, please contact our Support team as soon as possible via the in app chat or by emailing into cancellations@rocketmoney.com. You can reach us directly by replying to the confirmation email we sent when the subscription was successfully cancelled. To help us resolve the issue quickly, provide as many details as possible so our team can follow up with the subscription provider on your behalf.

How can I check the status of my subscription cancellation requests?

Rocket Money sends updates about your cancellation requests to the email address linked to your account. You can also view the status of your subscriptions in the Recurring tab of your Rocket Money app. Emails will be sent at key steps in the cancellation process. If you still have questions, our Support team is available via our in app chat or by emailing cancellations@rocketmoney.com.

What happens if Rocket Money needs more information to complete my cancellation?

If we need additional details, you will receive an email with a link to submit the information through your Rocket Money app. You may also see a notification in the app prompting you to fill out the cancellation form. If you experience any issues, reply directly to the email from Rocket Money so Support can assist and ensure your cancellation request is processed correctly.
