My bill has not changed even though Rocket Money says it saved me money

New Rates Take 1-2 Billing Cycles to Take Effect

If you receive two billing statements dated after the negotiation date without seeing the discount applied, please Contact Us with a screenshot of your latest statement, including all itemized charges. We'll be happy to follow up with your provider regarding this.
