This can occur if an existing promotion you have expires and your bill increases before our the new rate we got you has taken effect.  It can also occur if a part of a previous bill is added on to a new billing period.  Rest assured, you should see the new lower rate within 1-2 billing cycles of the completed negotiation.  If you do not, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will look into it and correct any issues or errors.
