Starting November 2, 2026 Bill Negotiations will be available exclusively to Rocket Money members with a Premium+ membership. Instead of paying a fee every time we successfully lower a bill, Premium+ members will get Bill Negotiations with no added success fee, plus Rowan and access to apply for our High-Yield Savings Account (HYSA).
What's changing
Starting November 2, 2026, submitting new Bill Negotiations will require a Premium+ membership. Automatic renegotiations will end November 1, 2026, and you'll get to control when your next bill is negotiated. You'll be able to have one negotiation in progress at a time - once that one is complete, you can request another. Tell Rowan by Rocket Money you’re ready to start the next one, or submit a Bill Negotiation ticket from inside the Rocket Money app.
If you have a Bill Negotiation in progress
It'll complete under your current agreement, and you'll be charged as usual if it's successful - upgrading to Premium+ doesn't change that.
Once you upgrade to Premium+, every Bill Negotiation you submit after that comes with no added fee.
If you have an automatic renegotiation scheduled
Starting November 2, 2026, automatic renegotiations are going away, so the one you had scheduled through TrueProtect won't happen. You're still in control of when this bill gets renegotiated: tell Rowan when you're ready to revisit it, or submit a Bill Negotiation ticket yourself. If you'd like Bill Negotiations without the wait, you can upgrade to Premium+ any time.

Premium+ is $15/month plus tax. Premium+ includes everything in Premium, and:
