Follow these steps to access our conversation guide in the mobile app 👇
To get started, open Rocket Money, tap on the '🔔' icon in the upper right corner, and find the notification you received about the fee.
From there tap the 'Request a refund' button
Tap 'Get Started'
Read from our script when you request that overdraft refund then tap 'Done'
Let us know if you were able to get a refund! 🤩
