We know that overdraft and late fees are frustrating! While we can't negotiate those fees on your bank account we've made a conversation guide you can use to negotiate a refund directly with your bank.
Follow these steps to access our conversation guide from the mobile app:
To get started, open your Rocket Money app, tap on the bell icon in the upper right corner, and find the notification you received about the fee.
From there tap the Request a refund button
Tap Get Started
Read from our script when you request that overdraft refund then tap Done
