Help! I am Receiving an Error When Trying to Activate my Credit Score

Troubleshooting steps for any issues you may face when trying to activate your credit score tracking within Rocket Money

If you're having trouble activating your credit score after following the steps from this guide, you will run into an error if you meet any of the following scenarios:

No Credit History

• If you've never accessed your credit score before through other services, for more information on possible reasons why you do not have a credit score, please check out this guide from our Learning Center.

Identity Verification Issues

• If you've seen your credit score in other apps but can't access it here, there may be a verification issue. You will need to work with Experian to verify your information, reach out to Rocket Money support for further assistance in this case!

Security Question Lockout

• After 3 failed attempts at security questions, your account will be temporarily locked. You will need to work with Experian to verify your information, reach out to Rocket Money support for further assistance in this case!

International Access

• Credit score access is only available within the United States. You'll be able to view your score when you return to the US
