Your credit score affects your ability to get credit, interest rates, and even insurance rates. With Rocket Money, you can:

• View your complete credit report and history

• Get alerts about important changes

• Understand what affects your score

Rocket Money pulls your credit report and credit score from Experian. Your credit score in the app is calculated using the FICO 2 model which explains any differences you may see between your credit score here compared to other apps.

To activate and view your credit score in the Rocket Money mobile app, you can access it in two ways:

  1. Dashboard Tab

    • Scroll down to find the credit score section (located above Ways To Save)

  2. More Tab

    • Select the Credit Score option

You'll need your social security number or ITIN number and answer a few questions to verify your identity during setup.

Should you have any issues activating your credit score within the mobile app, please check out this guide for more information on common errors and troubleshooting steps.

Please keep in mind the Rocket Money Support team unfortunately does not have access to your credit score information for security purposes. We will not be able to assist in correcting information on your report from Experian or submitting disputes on your behalf.
