There are two ways to find the connection status of a linked financial account in the mobile app or on the Rocket Money website.
Finding your connection status in the Rocket Money mobile app
From the Dashboard:
Scroll to the Accounts section and tap to expand a category (e.g., Checking, Card Balance, Savings, Investments)
Tap on a specific account to view its details, then scroll down to the Connection Status heading
Using Settings:
Tap the settings ⚙️ icon in the top left corner
Select Linked Accounts
Tap on a specific account to view its details, then scroll down to the Connection Status heading
Finding your connection status on the Rocket Money website
From the Dashboard:
Click on a category in the Accounts section located in the top right of the Dashboard
Select the desired account to view
The connection status is displayed at the top right of the screen
Using Settings:
Click the settings ⚙️ icon located towards the top left
Select Linked Accounts
Search for the desired account and click the View button, the status is displayed in the top right of the screen
Understanding connection statuses
The connection status box shows a few pieces of information about your financial account:
First Synced: The first date that this particular financial account was linked.
Last Synced: The date that this particular financial account was last synced.
Status: The status of this particular financial account.

Rocket Money Premium members can press the Sync Account button to pull the most recent information provided by our linking provider.
