I thought I had cancelled a subscription through Rocket Money, but I was charged again. What should I do?
Please reach out to our support team directly through the Support page on your app OR reply to the confirmation email you received from us showing we had successfully cancelled the subscription. When contacting us, please provide as much relevant information as possible so that our team can reach back out to the subscription provider immediately.

You should be able to see the status of all of your subscriptions under the "Recurring" tab in your Rocket Money app. You will also receive emails from Rocket Money throughout the cancellation process. What should I do if I receive an email from Rocket Money saying you need more information for my cancellation? There should be a link provided in that email that will take open the information form in your Rocket Money app on your smartphone. If there seems to be an issue with the link, please reply to that email to let Rocket Money Support know - we can send a fresh link to provide that information right away.
