If you’re looking to withdraw funds from your financial goal, you’ll only be able to do that through the Rocket Money mobile app as it’s not possible on our website yet.
As part of your financial security, funds that are in your financial goal can only be withdrawn to the exact same checking account that they were originally pulled from. Once deposits have settled into your financial goal, you should be able to follow these steps to withdraw them back to the original checking account:
Expand the Savings section on the Dashboard
Tap on the name of the goal that you’d like to withdraw funds from
Tap Withdraw
Enter the amount that you’d like to withdraw and then tap Transfer
If you don’t see the withdrawal option after tapping on the name of the goal that you want to withdraw from, you can try following these steps:
Expand the Savings section on the Dashboard
Tap on the name of the goal that you’d like to withdraw funds from
Tap Options in the upper right corner
Selection Withdraw Money
Enter the amount that you’d like to deposit and then tap Transfer
Once you initiate a withdrawal, those funds will be returned to your original checking account within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that you’re only able to withdraw $5,000 per day 😊
