It typically takes 1-15 minutes to link an account. However it can occasionally take up to 24 hours, depending on how quickly your institution provides us with data. After 24 hours, if your account is still analyzing, please unlink and then relink the account. You can do this by tapping the “⚙️” icon on your Dashboard. From there select the “-” next to the bank you need to unlink. Follow the instructions on the Linking Accounts article for more guidance on how to relink your account.
This method generally solves any issues. If this doesn't work it's possible our secure linking provider, Plaid, is having an ongoing issue with your financial provider. You can check that here 👉 https://status.plaid.com/
