Managing Net Worth is currently available to Premium and Premium+ members.
If you have a home or mortgage linked to your Rocket Money account or have manually added in your home or mortgage, you will see a toggle to Use equity values in charts within the Assets tab within Net Worth. Toggling this on will make sure that your equity values are included in your overall assets within the Net Worth tab.
You can find the Use equity values in charts toggle from the mobile app:
Tap on the More tab along the bottom of your screen
Select Net Worth
Next, select Assets along the top of the screen
Scroll down the section Assets with Loans - you’ll there see Use equity values in charts toggle
When this toggle is off, the total value of your home(s) and vehicle(s) and their associated loans (i.e. mortgages and car loans) will be included in your totals and charts.
When the toggle is on, only your equity (the value minus remaining debt) in homes and vehicles will appear in the Assets tab. In this case, your mortgages and car loans won't show up in the Debt tab since they're already factored into the equity calculation.
