Please note managing Net Worth is currently only available on the app for Premium users. Net worth cannot be edited on our website.

The “use equity values in charts” toggle can be found in the Assets with Loans section on the Assets Tab within the Net Worth Tab. It will only appear if you have a home or mortgage linked to Rocket Money or added one manually.

If this toggle is OFF, the total value of your home(s) and vehicle(s) will be included in your totals and charts. Your associated loans (i.e. mortgages and car loans) will also be included. If this toggle is ON, the equity you have in your home(s) and vehicle(s) will be used in your totals and charts on the Assets Tab. Equity = Assets - Debt. As a result, when the toggle is ON and your equity is being used in the Assets Tab, your asset-backed loans (i.e. mortgages and car loans) will be excluded from your Debt Tab.
