Sometimes, we need additional permissions to securely access your account. If you run into an access error, here's how you can fix it:
Log into the Chase website (https://www.chase.com/) and navigate to the "Security & privacy" section
Under "Linked apps and websites", click "Manage access"
Click the arrow next to "Rocket Money via Plaid"
Make sure that sharing is "On" for "Substitute account number" under all of their accounts
Log in to your bank
Navigate to the security & privacy section of your account
Look for linked app & websites that you share data with
Make sure that all permissions are granted for Plaid and Rocket Money.
