New Rates Take 1-2 Billing Cycles to Take Effect

All successful negotiations are confirmed with an agent at your biller.  However, it takes 1-2 billing cycles for new rates to take effect and be available on your bill.  Also, because we speak directly with representatives in the retention department, the normal customer service staff often does not have knowledge of the new plans (and we have NO idea why).
